Put our lovable boy Bernie down yesterday

My heart is heavy this weekend after losing quite possibly the happiest dog I’ve ever had the pleasure of owning. The day he came into our lives my wife’s sister and her uncle brought him to us to re-home him. He literally bull rushed his way into the house and immediately made friend with our other bassett JB whom has unfortunately also crossed the rainbow bridge. To say that I am depressed over his passing is an understatement. Please if you feel up to it. Please share your dog’s photos so I can see all the happy lumpy boys and girls still living the dream. My boy Bernie is up there with JB waiting for me. I’ll see them again one day

Give me your tips

Hello, long time basset owner. I currently have 4 beautiful bassets. I have them on a salmon food. They also get fish oil in their food but for life of me the shedding is insane. I will buy anything in regards to shampoo etc. one of my babies is scratchy. It’s a grass allergy for sure confirmed by vets. Give me your tips!!!!
