Nora got stuck under the stairs I built to go into the dog run from the house.

They’ve been there for practically her whole life (I put them in after she decided she was afraid of the ramp. These are people-grade steps, just narrower.

Anyways, she’s free now (yay stainless steel screws!) and the steps are back in use.

Side note, I found half a dog cookie when I pulled the stair step off, so at least I have a motive.

New basset owner, she’s 4 months and lovely but we would like to get ahead of any issues. Anyone have recommendations for ear cleaning/folds cleaning?

I realize I could go to the vet and get some powerful antifungal stuff but I just wonder since she doesn’t have yeast now if there are good over counter products a diligent owner can use to prevent?

He gets up there regularly. He refused to come in when called and stubbornly refused to make eye contact (second picture.)

My 2 yr old basshole has decided 4 AM is his new preferred breakfast time. I let him outside and when I bring him in, he howls by his food bowl. Lord have mercy. How can I help him realize this is not chow time? Anyone have this issue? Pic of the little turd. He’s lucky he’s cute
