Best chews for your basset?

I have a six month old hound and I was wondering what are some good recommendations for chews that’ll keep them occupied for a while. I’ve been sticking to things that’s are “highly digestible” and while I feel safe and content with leaving him occupied with them, he’s getting to point were they don’t even last a couple of hours now and it gets expensive as well as I want to limit him on chews like this do to diet etc. and let this be an every few days kind of thing.
