We recently adopted a basset. She is red and white but has a black nose, black eyeliner and some black on her mouth. Is she a tri color or a bi color?

This love was taken from a mentally ill man who had left him in a crate without taking him out, cleaning, or feeding him for a very long time. There were no rescues available to take him, all shelters are full so he is mine now. He is a gift, I’ve always wanted a basset.
