hey! so one of my basset hounds has been whining constantly on and off for the past few days and constantly wants to go outside. the only time he stops whining is if we’re outside but we live in the south so it’s too hot to be outside all the time. i originally thought that maybe he was having some tummy troubles but that doesn’t seem to be the case as he’s been going to the bathroom just fine. i was wondering if anyone has had any similar experiences or might have an idea as to what’s wrong with him? he’s 9 years old and isn’t fixed.
