Starting to look for a puppy

I found a site called Ophelia’s Bassetts, there was no contact information, I would have had to share my own. There was also no location given. The last time I was on a site where there was no location given, it was Strawberry Bassetts, and that site had disappeared; I found out minutes later on this account that it was a scam. I was wondering if anybody had any input, or had seen this photo other places.
