Pet grass confusion

I have an older cat who’s started peeing outside the litterbox (she doesn’t have an infection we checked) and so I thought I’d try adding some of the real grass to the laundry room where her litterbox is.

I showed Riggsby because he was curious and he thought I got him a strange new grass bed lol. He’s like it’s a little weird but I appreciate the gesture 🤷‍♀️.
