Basset Hounds for your pleasure
We walk our little Ham every night in a nature preserve.
He loves to eat the harder grasses. We get them out of his mouth when we can, but he’s a sneaky guy.
He often will puke them up later.
Any idea if this is normal Basset behavior for a puppy?

Felt this spot while petting him last night…. Doesn’t seem to hurt him at all. Has anyone had a basset hound with something similar? He has also been struggling with dry skin and dander with the season change.
What is it and what did you use to treat it? And is it serious enough for a vet visit? TIA!!

My basset, Clementine, adores playing fetch with tennis balls. Anything else and she couldn’t give a damn. She doesn’t seem to like it when I don’t immediately throw it cause I’m snapping a pic lol
