Was looking for her and found her on the dog food

This love was taken from a mentally ill man who had left him in a crate without taking him out, cleaning, or feeding him for a very long time. There were no rescues available to take him, all shelters are full so he is mine now. He is a gift, I’ve always wanted a basset.

He keeps licking my fisheye lense and it’s adorable
