My Basset foams at the mouth a little bit when he plays outside. Is that normal?

His sister biologically but from a different litter doesn’t do that. It’s worse the hotter it is outside, but it still happens even if it’s cooler. Most of the time, it’s because he’s been playing. Should I be concerned?
