I need advice

Cujo here is 9 weeks old I kind of want him to socialize with other dogs but he gets scared of dogs like the only dogs that he has been with all his life with the litter he came from and I really want him to socialize with other dogs if I take him to a dog park but the thing is he is scared he’s a bit of a scaredy cat is there any advice to this I don’t want to push him head first into socializing but is there any slow way to do this step by step
