Dog watcher grossly overfed my dog for 2 weeks, help!

Hello I went out of the country for two weeks and my sister and family was nice enough to watch her for the time away. My basset is about 7 months old and I’ve kelp her on a healthy diet with instructions to continue..

When I dropped her off she was a fit 24lbs and I just got back and she’s now 32lbs. Seems she was given open feeding instead of my instructions.

What do I do? She looks bloated and chubby compared to her normal self.
