Daisy is half basset half blue tick hound. She is so beautiful 😍 wondering around outside by her kennel which she hates but never goes in besides when she decides to dig holes to get out of our yard 🤦🏻‍♀️

Cone of shame?

My Tank he got something in his eye that has irritated it greatly. The vet gave us a cone but it’s kinda way too big. Do the inflatable donut ones work well for not letting them paw at their face? Or would just a shorter one do better? Since he’s so short and I haven’t been around basset hounds too much before I just want him to be the most comfortable

Cherry Eye Surgery

My little basset is scheduled to have a cherry eye surgery in a couple weeks. That’s the soonest I could get her in. So right now she’s on this eye ointment and eyedrops. But my question is does anyone have a recommendation for a good cone? The vet said she’ll have to wear one. She isn’t sure how long but normally it’s for a couple weeks.
