Remy is the red and white and Felix is the black and white. She’ll be five and he’ll be four this year.

My yard is completely fenced in and she had free rein to come & go as she wants. Sometimes she will just lay in front of the door with her nose sticking out and her chin resting on the bottom for a long time. Does anyone else’s do this?

I’ve had my sweet boy Beau for a week now today. He’s learning so fast. He’s very smart and lovable. He loves going outside and rolling around on the grass. He loves dipping his ears in his water bowl and dragging them all over the floor. Crate training has been a little difficult, but he’s getting better, but I am sure glad I got my little guy.

We’ve owned a purebred basset before George who passed last year at the age of 15. We now have a 2 year old Blood Hound daisy who its a certain must have a Basset buddy. Its really hard finding Bassets here in south texas… I don’t do breeders. This is Bessie and I through one of Daisy in there for good measure. Obviously shes an American Basset not the European and the black and white is less common but not unknown.

Love these girls, they are the best.
