Anyone know of good basset breeders in eastern PA/NJ/New York?

I see Red Barn Bassets in PA on the AKC Marketplace and I messaged Legendary Bassets from upstate NY. Anyone know anything about these breeders?

I also am regularly checking Tristate Basset Rescue and every local shelter!!
