My 1 1/2 yr old female basset is not much of a chewer or much of a player. I’m looking into getting her a puzzle toy with treats inside and just wondering if anyone else’s hound is similar and what has worked for your loved one, Thanks

And our morning trips to the park

She was still wound up after our walk around the lake this morning, so I took her to the park near our house. Let her off leash once on the other side of the bridge and she did really well about staying near me.

This is my first basset hound, and I live somewhere that gets pretty cold and damp in the winter. Should I be worried about his ears? They’re already perpetually damp from dragging in the grass all the time, and I’m a little worried that the snow might be a problem
