Hey, fellow hound lovers! I took my basset, Snickers, for a short walk today (you know, the kind where they decide sniffing every blade of grass is a workout). He came home and flopped on the couch like he just ran a marathon! 😂 It cracks me up how they can look so dramatic after what is essentially just a leisurely stroll.

Do your guys do this too? What are their favorite post-walk lounging spots? I swear Snickers claims the best pillow on the couch every single time!

I didn’t really want to go but she seem like she was feeling abandoned and I couldn’t stand that feeling, so off we went. Now she’s sleeping, and I feel I did something special just for her. She deserves a real quality life.

My basset is the stoic and calm one. His brother just loves to bully him.
