Squishy lump on crown of head.
Our sweet girl is 10 months old. We noticed a this evening that she has formed squishy lump on the top of her head. After researching there is too many variables to pin down what it may be. We found that it may be common in Basset Hounds. I am wondering if anyone has experienced this with their hounds. We have a call into the vet. The after hours on call said it may or may not be of concern and said the office would call back tomorrow to schedule an appointment.

Is that a mating play?
The basset is 4-month old. male while the Beagle is a 2-year old female. They are constantly together. Another 5-year old female Beagle completely ignores him (and whom he is cautious to/afraid). All three are not fixed.

Sudden food aggression
Does anyone have any advice for sudden food aggression? Like Saturday at supper he was fine and Sunday breakfast he was going for blood on my hands. He’s been to the vet and got a perfect bill of health and he’s 4 months old. I’ve never taken food from him, just traded for rocks etc that he shouldn’t eat. He’ll eat treats from my hands gently but once I get near a bowl it’s game on. He started growling and snapping, but today there was no warning and I just got bit on the finger trying to put his food out
