I don’t know what to do. Have a horribly behaved basset hound living with my boyfriend and I.

I’ve tried everything. I’ve studied, done positive reinforcement, let him free roam around the house and I feel like my day is constantly ruined by this dog. It is not my dog and I should have no responsibility over this dog truthfully, but I care too much to watch this dog continue this behavior. He SCREAMS at the door as soon as you let him out, barks constantly, has lunged at me in the kennel at times, pees and poops to the point it soaks into the tv stand, wakes me up in the middle of the night whining despite letting him out on a schedule. This is a dog we took in to help out a family member, but it is truly becoming a nightmare. I LOVE dogs and I am getting to the point I truly cannot stand it! Please, any advice would help.

I tried to do a serious breaking news broadcast in my backyard and rory became almost the entire news cycle.

I’m trying out some IRL content stuff, so I filmed a straight faced breaking news style report from my backyard and Rory immediately took over the story.

Live coverage included him refusing to get off the deck, eating things he was not supposed to, pooping where he was not supposed to, nearly wandering into a pile of ticks, and completely ignoring all attempts at intervention.

A deer also briefly appeared but Rory remained unimpressed.

Anyone else live with a hound who treats every outdoor situation like a slow moving disaster?
