Tips on cleaning ears, and does any one else’s basset “sploot” AKA lay with their legs back like in the last pic?

Lady had her 3rd shots today and weighed in at just under 13lbs. She’s projected to be around 35lbs full grown. The vet said that’s a small basset hound. Just wondering how big your full grown girl hounds are?

Saw this on my basset hound today, a skin tag and also some redness. The redness appears to be under the skin .I can’t tell too well. Yes I know I have to go to the vet. Just wondering if anyone has had this on their dog

My basset is 1 year now and he likes to lean on one paw when he sits down. I’m noticing that the paw he leans on is bending and he is limping. He is in pain I think (I can’t tell he always has the same face and doesn’t make much noise) but he nips me when I try to touch his paw and is very irritated at the moment. He spends most of his time lying down when he used to run around and play all day. I can’t take him to the vet because I’m broke at the moment I don’t know what to do and what exactly is wrong with him. I’m going to insert a picture because he’s too cute not to show.
