One year ❤️
Ladybird came home one year ago today.
She went from being completely silent and too timid to ever make a sound or let me know her needs, to being a tyrannical princess who rules the house with an iron paw.
We love her so much and she is the best girl in the whole world. ❤️❤️❤️

Hiding toy
For the last few months, whenever we leave, my basset hound takes her manatee “toy” from a hiding place in the sofa and hides it another place in the sofa. After she “hides” her toy, she then sleeps by the door waiting for us to come home. She does this almost everytime we leave. I think it’s quite cute, but I’m curious why she does it. Any ideas?

How to train her to stop whining? Advice pls:/
My mom’s (1yro) basset hound whines almost all the time. No matter how many walks she gets and how much attention she has already received or not received.
My mom is not very good at consistent raising the animal (our everyday life has been very chaotic lately and my mom is tired, which means she often says that she “doesn’t have the energy to manage her whining dog right now, shell grow out of it”).
I dont think she’ll grow out of the whining without learning it…any tips? i will do my best to help out and share any advice with my mom. thank you!
