Reoccurring Lip sore from chewing

I’m in a weird situation here and I’m wondering if anyone else has issues with this. My girl to Lula keeps getting a recurring sore on her lip and we believe it is from chewing toys and chewies. This is the second time she’s needed antibiotics to get rid of it. I don’t have a clue what I’m supposed to do other than take all of her toys away from her? I really don’t want to do that, it seems so cruel but I can’t imagine that there’s anything else I can do. We can’t give her stuffies because we have a lab that will eat them whole. Anyone else? **Also, please note that all the other red spots are due to scratching from a yeast infection that we are struggling to get rid of with our vet. She since been treated with an antifungal and it has cleared up. It has nothing to do with the big lump, we’re just lucky enough to be dealing with multiple things at the same time, LOL.
