Some are claiming this dog isn’t a basset because he isn’t “goofy” or “wrinkly”. I had a few bassets that looked just like him and were certified AKC. I know some call the ones with longer legs and less wrinkles “American” as opposed to “European”, but I’ve had many bassets and a few bloodhounds and more people in another thread are confidently asserting he’s a bloodhound or bloodhound mix instead of basset. What say yall?
