Daisy Mae off leash today

Since the park was empty, I wanted to see how she did. And she did really well. Never going to far ahead (she would look back every so often to see where I was at and wait for me to catch up), or lag to far behind. I did have one “panic” mode when I turned around and she was gone. Started retracing my steps and calling for her. Thought she had taken off up the street. Turned back around and there she was. Guess she ran ahead and passed me in my “blind spot” just as I had turned to look behind. She came trotting back with this expression of “dad I’m right here….sheesh”. She got lots of treats/rewards, dehydrated beef liver if wondering
