Benji will be 6 months on April 16, 2025. He’s always been so scared to go up and down the stairs. 3 days ago All it took was one time of me encouraging him and pulling him a little bit and now it’s crazy how happy he is to run up and down the stairs. It literally took him one time of knowing he could do it.

Hi folks
We have an elderly basset named Hugo who is coming up to the age of 14, he lives with my mother but I lived with him for 12 years
He has been a delight for us all his life however in his older age he has become a lot more senile, he struggles to come upstairs yet sulks and cries whenever left alone, he also very much dislikes being touched by anyone other than his mum and can snarl at even me who he’s known for all his life.
He still enjoys his walks and seems healthier when he’s out, although when at home he looks like he is in pain when trying to relax. I suspect he is also developing some sort of doggy dementia, as he is often confused and panting a lot when at home
Does anyone have any tips, advice or words of wisdom with dealing with Hugo?
I understand he is not long for this world due to his age and condition, so I don’t want him to suffer unnecessarily

Apple faced the ultimate audition: a windstorm of fame blowing her ears and jowls wild while she lounged, cool as a cucumber, on a sofa with a family. The production was filmed at Universal Studios, Orlando, for an insurance company gig she landed with ease. Move over, A-listers, Apple’s droopy charm is stealing the spotlight! A seasoned star, she’s strutted her stuff in several Universal Studios productions for major U.S. corporations. This celebrity basset hound isn’t just a pro, she’s also a proud mama to a litter of adorable puppies.

I’m just the chauffeur. 1st a stop for coffee where the owner came out to say hi and give her pets. Though she was listening off leash, she was pushing the boundaries so she ended back on leash. A short cruise around town before heading home. She’s one tired basset

Help me! Our 6 month old puppy has a new found obsession with the road which is absolutely what we do not want. We are looking into an electric fencing system but would like opinions on what we should get. We only want him to be blocked in one direction and that’s the direction of the road, but would like him to have free range on the rest of the fenced in 40 acre property. Any suggestions, opinions, or ideas are greatly appreciated!
